Today, in addition to my weight lifting routine and 30 minutes on the stationary bike.... I also ran 10 minutes without stopping!
My run:
3 minutes at 3mph
10 minutes at 4.5 mph
3 minutes at 3mp

Total: 1.06 miles in 16 minutes. A 16 minute mile is not so good, but I'll get there!
